Recent movers
Housing statistics and English Housing Survey, glossary, published by the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities in 2019, defines recent movers as: ‘…households which moved into their current home in the last 12 months. This includes both new and continuing households, but does not include sitting tenant purchasers.’
